THE CLOUD THAT SETS THINGS
(Preached on Sunday February 10, 2008 morning in Adjamé, Abidjan – Ivory Coast)
Brethren, concerning the adversaries of the Message, at the appointed time, God Himself will answer them. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. They are people who will become nothing! … When God will send again a true prophet on earth, his ministry will be well identified in the Bible. He will start preaching his Message, starting first with his call and commission and he shall increase and I shall decrease! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. There is one of them named Joseph Colman in New York but William Branham said that no messenger would ever rise again out of American areas. Yet this Colman set himself up as an African in connection with the midnight Cry, according to his followers. He’d better go and look for his country in Africa because New York is not an African country. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. If God wants to use African, it is not one of mixed race or some French/ Ivorian or Ivorian/French but an African. Even almost all of our constitutions in Africa do not say that a Caribbean, Martinican, Arab or German can be candidate to the presidency because he is black. You see? …
And we can see that the shadow of the midnight Cry will forever be hovering over branhamist councils and synods. And you see that now, each circular letter of Ewald Frank talks about the midnight Cry or tries to contradict what the midnight Cry says. See for example the circular letter of December 2007… And talking about the midnight Cry, Ewald Franck says that, those from whom the foolish virgins will go to buy the oil according to Mat.25:9, are evangelical churches because those ones talk only about money in their vigils and gatherings. It is a good revelation for a branhamist because branhamists look upon catholics, protestants and evangelicals as Christians and can let those ones lay their hands upon them to receive their anointing, that is oils but the littlest of all those who believe in the midnight Cry will never do that. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. You see? Who are those who sell oil according to Mat.25:9? I do not know and I will not make any research to know it but the day when the Angel of April 24, 1993 reveals it to me, it will be an eternal Truth that nobody will be able to contradict. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"].
Also, while some brethren of the assembly of Yopougon were in an open-air preaching, a pagan said to them: "I know someone from among you who practises sodomy". And that was Boni, a new crippled brother who was a former talented singer of evangelical gatherings. On last Sunday, he has been cast away from the Message forever. Let any brother or any sister who attends only one service with a serious sin not confessed be liable to a sanction of this kind if he is unveiled or if he confesses it in the long run. And after that Boni was cast away, we learnt that he believed that strange doctrine of the free and eternal salvation which states that: "Our past, current and future sins have been carried by Jesus-Christ and we no longer have any effort to make; one can drink, smoke, go with women… sin! We’ve been given Salvation for free and it has to be accepted by faith!" And you must see that all those who believe and practise such things end miserably. Follow closely a man like Dadié Etienne and you will see that if he lives longer, an incurable disease will get attached to him and he will be never able to get over it up to death and hell. You see? Brother Benié simply read the passage on Bah Herman in the sermon Epistle to the Bride and the sanction was applied on Boni. If somebody tells you: "this or that one from among you has committed such a thing!" and if the thing proves to be right, do what you have to do and have the piece of information passed on to all the assemblies of the Message and let the person concerned go away with all the curse his act deserves. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. All those we cast away are similar to Bah Herman. Somebody who can put his tongue in the intimate parts of a woman. It is a sub-human, a serpent. And God cannot allow him to come or subsist among us!
Today I wish to preach on the subject: "the cloud that sets things". And we are certain that it is in this way that God always works. And it is in this sense that brethren Kadio Bernard, Okobé Richmond, Bitty and Aman Martin have been mandated by me for nobler tasks. It is to them that I am speaking first when I am preaching and it is them who must be spoken to for the books, leaflets and preachings that are not in the green book and practically for everything. They are mandated for that and I said that their mandate gave them the right to settle all the problems in the assemblies, including the right to establish or depose pastors without any exception. This pastor be established by some prophecy or the prophet-messenger, it is the same God of the prophet-messenger who gives them this mandate and it belongs to them to obey the order of the prophecy or the prophet. As for the pastor, he will only obey what they decide. If they say: "It is true that you have been established as a pastor by the prophet-messenger, but we discharge you today from this function!" the pastor must obey their decision.
Each one of us needs to understand that the assembly or the mission field is nobody’s plantation. You can be there today and disappear tomorrow to leave the place to another one or because God calls you somewhere else. If that pastor thinks that it is injustice, let him sit down and the God of the midnight Cry shall do justice to him. You see? If a brother is in the number of the four brothers or preachers who work with the four brothers and that he is excommunicated, he can no more be part of their group but he can be a preacher in an assembly. And after them, I also gave mandate to brethren Benié Laurent, Brekou Darius and Zadi Robert to organize my meetings like all the other meetings in connection with the Message. I will go to the meetings they find necessary to. And these three brethren, responsible for organizing my meetings can be in company of the four during great trips if needs be.
Now, I would like to say that these brethren must not think that they are super spiritual men or heroes because they are witness that it is in humility that the prophet himself has been elevated and has fulfilled God’s Will. In the same way, it is in humility that they will also fulfill God’s Will. It is by the faithful, preachers, pastors and now by them also that I am something, trying relentlessly to respect them. It is in that that the Lord will lead them and will elevate them. And my prayer is that God may give them wisdom to perpetuate the vision. When I talk about humility, I do not mean clothing or the look; on the contrary, I would really like to see them and even all the brethren wearing tuxedos like brother Darius.
You see? These four brethren will thus play the role of calling the assemblies, preachers and pastors to order. And now, you need to understand that it is of them and their preachers that I talk when I say that preachers will come to preach one or two Sundays. And that in the presence of the pastor of that assembly. The pastor of an assembly cannot go and preach somewhere unless he is on a journey or the assembly of which he is the pastor is not having a service at the same time. You see? Well, these four brethren will work with other preachers if they find it necessary. Not with pastors but with preachers who have perhaps ever been pastors. Therefore, if a pastor is to be part of them, his responsibility of pastor must be entrusted to someone else. And I have asked that the missionary offerings may be directly given to them so that they can make use of it autonomously without them having to give any account to anyone. And in addition to the missionary offerings, they will be given an amount equal to half of the tithe of tithes. And the pastors will see to remind the faithful that each brother must think of it at least once every three months if possible. But apart from those ones, each assembly can have its own preachers.
Well, last Sunday, brother Akobé could say: "I look upon sister Francine as my mother and I want each one of us to do likewise" and you all said: "Amen!" It was a wonderful thing! Last October, seven years to the day, after Leah there comes Rachel, the mother of Leah, Zipporah, Joseph and of all the Jews who are Abraham’s children and it was said in Matthew chapter 2: " A voice has been heard in Rama, weeping, and great lamentation: Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not. … "And this one who was born in 1982 in order to be ninety when Abraham is one hundred years old and who comes from the same Akan land as Abraham is Sarah. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. The thing is so perfect again that I wondered several times if I did not go faster than God when I received this inspiration saying: "Sarah shall be your maid!" If such were the case, let this one be the maid of that one as she does like it already! It is in order. But the greatest thing that crowns the revelation, it is the interpretation of the two visions. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. You see? It is the time of Africa, and types and types shall rise out of Africa but there won’t any type as perfect as the one we have here.
When Rev.19 is revealed, the Bride of Africa comes with the Spirit of the great eagle and, like Eve, this one comes from the divination of the nations but God calls her a wise virgin. And something more perfect again, you know that she came out of the womb of a diviner to symbolize all the divination of the nations from where the Bride of Christ comes. You see? She comes from the Babylonian divination, from the Indian magic art through the voodoo of Africa. Not to mention the serpent of Rev.12:14. But the God of the great eagle of the same Rev.12:14 who has got her purified, made white and refined calls her a wise virgin because her virginity is a spiritual virginity which will have no end. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. When the Word comes to Africa, this is what the African Church is. There shall rise Churches and Churches but there won’t rise any Church like this one. In seven days, God set each thing in its place but Eve, Adam’s bride came after that! And, on this side, after the seven ages and the seven messengers, Esther appears with the midnight Cry. You see? She appears after each thing was set in its place! And that’s what I going to talk about in a moment…
Well, this morning, I want to preach then, as I have said, on the subject: "the cloud that sets things". You see? And now, look at this: the Spirit of God, the seven Spirits of God, was hovering there, depicting the plan of redemption on some water in God’s mind before the founding of the world. And the spirit of the devil was also there to cause God’s plan of redemption to fail so that when God would carry the great plan out, he can cause it to fail as we can see it in Rev.12:14. Then God came out of eternity to carry it out in Genesis. It is written: "And God said, let there be this thing! …""And God said, let there be that thing … and so the thing was! …" You see? Thus, in God’s mind, everything had been set by the cloud, even the four rivers but Adam and Eve fell. In spite of that, God carried this plan out and in this book of Genesis, even the four rivers were set and Adam and Eve fell by the serpent. If God had changed the plan or tried several plans, He would not be God; He would not be what the Bible says He is! You see? And after Genesis, the books of Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy were set but all the Jews fell in the desert by the fiery serpent. Then, the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were positioned and the Lord was raised on the cross like the serpent of brass. But there was a resurrection and then a small book of the Acts of the Apostles like Joshua’s book. And the Church which is founded upon the four Gospels was to fall in Rome, where Satan, the ancient serpent, has his throne. But it was not yet the end. After that, the Church having reached Laodicea and the evening time was to admire that ancient serpent to the point of saying that the anointings of divination of the evangelical churches are the oil of Mat.25:9. Every time God carried this plan out, the serpent would cause it to fail . But at the end, a people arises out of the earth and receives the two wings of the great eagle to… [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. To be first carried away from the face of the serpent! Then to be purified, made white and refined in a fifth kingdom that will be set up on the earth and that will bring the saints back to eternity! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. This time, when the serpent comes, despite the power it has for ruse and seduction, it is to fight because this people knows it in all its aspects. The Bible says that, those catholic, protestant, evangelical and branhamist churches will be on earth when God makes this thing. Daniel 2:44 says: "And in the days of these kings shall the God of the heavens set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the sovereignty thereof shall not be left to another people: it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, but itself shall stand for ever." Another passage, Daniel 7:17 says: "These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, that shall arise out of the earth. But the saints of the most high places shall receive the kingdom, and they shall possess the kingdom for ever, even to the ages of ages." The first beast is the catholic church including the orthodox catholic church and the roman catholic church and all the catholic tendencies. The second beast, they are the protestant churches including the old lutheran, baptist, anabaptist, zwinglian, calvinist tendencies and others. The third beast, they are all the evangelical tendencies including the missions and ministries, camps and groups of prayers, retreat centres, christian NGOs and so on…And the fourth nameless beast, they are all the branhamist tendencies without any exception. The pagans call them: "nameless church "…
You see? I take it again: All started with the Word at the first age in Eden as in the first age of the Judaism with Moses, as in the first age of Christianity with Paul. And on the seventh day, God rested. And on the eighth day, Eve came into existence and she was the mother of a new order and the devil could access to Eve in accordance with all that was set by the cloud in God’s mind. And in spite of that, God saw that the plan was very good for He had the power for redemption and purification. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. And God thus carried his plan out since Genesis and from generation to generation. And on this side, after the seventh messenger and the disgrace of the branhamist Vasthi, Esther was to come with Hegai, an eighth chamberlain from among the seven. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. Notice that to the power for redemption, it was to be added the power to purify, make white and refine this bride of the nations. And we can see throughout all the Bible, this cloud setting things and going ahead of the people of Israel. All the Bible shows this cloud setting things. But we can see it in Genesis chapter 1 then with Moses and finally on this side in the seventh age as several among those who come from the evening Message could see It photographed in Tucson on the Sunset Mountain. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. And if you have spiritual eyes, you will see that this Cloud is here. And if you had known and understood the great prophet Moses, you would know and follow the little Joshua! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. If you had known and understood the great prophet Elijah, you would know and follow the little Elisha! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. And if you are a son of God and if you have been baptised by John the Baptist, the greatest of all the born of women, the man who baptised the Lord Jesus-Christ, you will accept to be baptised by Paul, the former persecutor of Christians! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. And if you had known and understood William Marrion Branham, you would know who I am without you being told it! [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. The same plan that God carried out in his mind before the founding of the world, it is the same plan that He descended in Eden, in the cloud to carry out and it is the same plan that He will carry out from generation to generation. [Ed: the congregation says "Amen!"]. Have you understood that? May God bless you! The cloud that sets things.
Well, at the beginning in Genesis, the Bible says that the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. It was the cloud in daytime and the pillar of fire at night. Not that It was hovering there only or that It was used to hovering there but because the fall had already taken place in God’s mind before the founding of the world and It was hovering there in order to do something, in order to set things for our redemption see? In God’s mind, the sin had already occurred and Satan and his angels had already been cast out of heaven. And even before Adam and Eve were formed on earth, the cloud was hovering there! What for? To set things! … And it was said: "And God says this thing be this way! …" "And God says that thing be that way!…" "And God says that such a thing be that way! …" And thus was the thing made or set. The earth, the heavens, matter, time… every thing according to its order for our redemption. And after that, this cloud that came out of eternity to set things, was to continue over time until It brings man back to eternity whence he has originated. [Ed: the congregation says: "Amen!"] Because the perfect thing; it is eternity. Time, the various seasons and all that you can see are only the consequences of sin. Every generation, every nation, every prophet, every action, even wars on the earth as we can see in the book of Daniel, were the things scheduled and set by the cloud since old times for our redemption. [Ed: the congregation says, "Amen!"]. You see? The cloud that sets things…
